Hey There Carlene
Holidays are all about family and friends. Expectations run high, and reality hits you in the face. Old patterns surface, especially within families. Memories surface along with unresolved conflicts.
Oh my, life gets messy fast.
What to do?
Listen to the stories from earlier generations. Is there a favorite story that gets told every year around the table?
We watch narratives get spun, twisted, and renegotiated as family events transform from incidents into stories.
Storytelling helps us impose order on chaos-including emotional chaos. When we're in pain, we create a narrative to help us make sense of it.
What if the stories you're telling about an annoying cousin, Uncle, sibling or parent are leaving you stuck?
Good news!
You can change your story and enjoy your holiday and your life.
I'll walk you through it in this weeks article.
I'm so grateful to you for being a part of our special community here at About-FACE Life Coaching and wish you and your family many blessings this Thanksgiving holiday.

How To Rewrite Your Story

What's Your Story?

We keep tripping over the same issues, and after we fall, we find it hard to get back up again.

Here's how you can change your story.
