I heard a nasty rumor that my newsletters you signed up for are not actually making to the inboxes of a lot of gmail users. Apparently, google blocks anything that comes over with pretty headers and formatting. So I'm testing this out this month to see if more of you get the information you asked for.
This newsletter may not have any fluff and stuff visually, but it does have a great read for the month on a surprising way you can tackle exhaustion.
Many thanks to all of you who have dropped me a quick email and let me know when an article resonated with you! Keep the comments coming. If there's a topic you want me to cover, send it my way and I'll put it in the writing queu.
And if you like what you're reading, tell a friend or forward one of my emails to them. It's the best compliment you can give, and I promise to treat your people as well as I treat my own.
